Co-founder, Office Manager, Head of Accounting. One of our co-founders, Sherry Will, is the glue that holds our team together. An accounting extraordinaire, she helps keep the company finances organized at all times. She also manages the front office and helps distribute assignments to the crew. In addition to all this she is the lovely voice you hear when you call Will-Air.

Service/Installation Trainee Alex has been with the company since February 2021. He began his HVAC career after completing college. He is currently working his way towards his Journeyman licence.
